RETURNS POLICY
King Valley Walnuts always attempts to ensure we provide our customers with the freshest and best quality products. However, if for some reason you wish to return a product purchased from our website or by phone order, King Valley Walnuts will accept returns under the following conditions.
- The product has exceeded the Best Before date on the day that you purchased the product.
- The wrong product has been supplied to you.
- The product is deemed faulty by us.
For all products ordered via our online store or phone order that meets any of the above criteria, you have to contact us within 5 days from receipt of the products and you must provide photographic evidence via email of the faulty product to help us conduct a thorough investigation into the matter.

Cancellation of order
An order can only be cancelled up to the point it is dispatched. We pride ourselves on dispatching orders promptly so to cancel your order please contact us immediately at Sales@kingvalleywalnuts.com.au. You will always receive an email advising you that your order has been shipped, beyond that point you will need to accept delivery.
