Nutty Breakfast Loaf




3 Tablespoons pumpkin seeds
3 Tablespoons sunflower seeds
50 Grams walnuts
150 Grams walnut flour
4 Tablespoons coconut oil
1 Tablespoon apple cider vinegar
1 Tablespoon bicarb soda
6 Eggs
1 Teaspoon salt



1. Preheat over to 160 degrees
2. Grease a loaf pan
3. Chop up walnuts
4. Melt coconut oil
5. Combine sunflower seeds, pumpkin seeds, walnuts, walnut flour and bicarb.
6. Add eggs, honey, oil, salt and mix.
7. Stir through the vinegar until you have a nice wet batter.
8. Pour into your prepared loaf tin and sprinkle extra nuts and seeds over the top.
9. Bake for 45 minutes or until golden.
