An old English favourite being re-discovered by today’s chefs. The young green walnut fruits are pickled in sweet vinegar and spice mix in our farm kitchen. Great as an antipasto or with biscuits and cheese. Use the spiced vinegar for a salad dressing base or add a special flavour to a beef casserole.
